Thomas Wesley Pentz (born November 10, 1978 (1978-11-10) (age 32),[1] better known by his stage name Diplo, is a Philadelphia-based American DJ, producer, and songwriter. Together with DJ Low Budget, he runs Hollertronix, a club and music collective. He also founded and manages record company Mad Decent, as well as the not for profit organization Heaps Decent. Among other jobs, Pentz has worked as a school teacher in Philadelphia.

During his rise to notability, Diplo worked with and dated British musician M.I.A., an artist who is credited with helping expose him in his early career. Later, Pentz and fellow M.I.A. producer Switch created a Jamaican dancehall project titled Major Lazer. Since then, Diplo has worked on production and mixtape projects with many other notable pop artists.[2][3][4][5][6] Pentz’s alias, short for Diplodocus, derives from his childhood fascination with dinosaurs.[7]
DJ and Hollertronix

Born in Tupelo, Mississippi and raised in various regions across Southern United States, Diplo developed an interest in much of the local culture.[8] He began attending the University of Central Florida in 1997, and then moved to Philadelphia to continue his studies at Temple University, where he first gained notoriety as a DJ.[9] After frequently running into fellow DJ Low Budget, the two began throwing parties under the Hollertronix moniker in 2003 as a way of maintaining control of what they were able to play during DJ gigs in Philadelphia.[3] The success of these parties allowed the two to release mixtapes, both separate and together, gathering acclaim across the country.[10] One such mixtape, Never Scared, was named one of the New York Times’ top ten albums of 2003,[11] and the Hollertronix name became synonymous with parties featuring guests like Bun B, Spank Rock, M.I.A., among others.[12] Hollertronix’s sound has been described as “disparate genres to be smashed together for maximum attention-grabbing impact” an aesthetic which takes from the “organic, cohesive, whole” aesthetic of acts such as Bun B, Lil Jon, Drama, M.I.A., Björk, Busta Rhymes, and others.[5][13]
Diplo In Jamaica

Diplo honed in the club aesthetic of his Hollertronix music for a more reflective sound on his solo debut, Florida, which was released on the Big Dada Records imprint Ninja Tune.[14] The album Florida was pressed twice, first with a CD and the second with a CD and DVD. The DVD was created by System D-128, another artist who has collaborated with Diplo on some audio and video projects. Before Florida’s DVD accompaniment, another DVD surfaced called Diplo: “Banned in Libya” which was released by Money Studies, the first label to have release a solo project by Diplo under his original DJ name Diplodocus. It was a 45 rpm record called “Thingamajawn” for which there is also a music video System D-128 directed. Similar to the Florida DVD, “Banned in Libya” is an experimental audio and video mix of some of Diplo’s original music blended with a number of other unidentified sources.

His particular affinity for one genre of music called Baile Funk (or Favela Funk) would spawn a series of mixtapes (Favela on Blast, Favela Strikes Back), which served to bring the Brazilian dance music of the ghettos to the United States.[10]

Although Diplo spent time as a school teacher, and a Subway employee,[9] it wasn’t long before his Hollertronix parties would provide him the success necessary to move to the next logical step and build a studio where music would become his full-time focus. With this goal in mind, Diplo built “The Mausoleum,” a video studio, recording studio, record label office, gallery, and event space in Philadelphia.[15] Since its inception, The Mosoleum has become the home to recordings by artists like Christina Aguilera, Shakira, M.I.A., Santigold, Spank Rock, Plastic Little, Blaqstarr, Paper Route Gangstaz, and hosted concerts by Glass Candy, Skream, Boys Noize, and more.[15]

After hearing one of his songs in 2004, M.I.A. approached Diplo when he was DJ’ing one night at the Fabric Club in London. Regarding their first meeting, M.I.A. said “It had that same homelessness about it. It didn’t have a particular genre, which is what people always say to me: Your song doesn’t fit anywhere. So I went on a mad mission to find other people like that, because then we could make a home.”[16][17] Coincidentally, Diplo was playing her songs “Galang” and “Fire Fire” as she entered the club, which he got from a worker at i-D magazine.[17][18] Diplo added, “She came through and she wanted to meet me ’cause she’d heard my single and the funk mix from one of her A&Rs and she just thought I was right up her alley. Besides me being a white dude from Florida and her being a Sri Lankan girl in England, everything else was the same: [We were both] film graduates, [listened to] all the same music when we were kids, were going in the same direction right now in music, it was amazing… I always wanted to make a beat with her, but all my beats were really shitty at the time.”[18][19] The two eventually collaborated on a mixtape, Piracy Funds Terrorism Vol. 1., where Arular track acapellas were mashed with other artists’ songs and was mentioned as ‘Albums of the Year’ from the New York Times and Pitchfork Media.[18][20] At this time it is rumored the two became romantically involved and continued to worked together after the release and he toured as a DJ on her 2005 Arular Tour.

Critics have been divided on his early work, with some expressing acclaim for the mixtape, while others expressing relief that M.I.A.’s aesthetic and her debut album didn’t have a lot of input from the DJ.[5] In 2007, Arulpragasam confronted the public media, specifically music blog Pitchforkmedia about some journalists’ motives behind misinformation regarding Diplo and her work. Pitchforkmedia author Paul Thomson responded by stating Diplo “seemed to think he had a bit to do with both of her records.”[21] Diplo has worked on two tracks on each M.I.A. album. In 2009, he admitted that aside from loaning a baile funk beat to the song “Bucky Done Gun” he lied to people that he produced M.I.A.’s first album “to get them to know who I was.”[22] He described the songs he did not work on on M.I.A.’s third album as being “a turd” in 2010.[23] He stated that he worked at a studio in Santa Monica rather than at M.I.A.’s home studio on the album, because “her boyfriend really hates me”.[24] Later he mentioned his distaste for the album stemmed from not “feeling the vibe with some of the new producers.”[25]

Diplo would continue to work with M.I.A. and through her meet London DJ Switch; together they created the Grammy nominated track ‘Paper Planes’. Peaking at #4 on the Billboard US Hot 100.[26] Diplo would go on to release a slew of similarly styled mixtapes with Downtown Records’ Santigold and Polydor Records’ La Roux, as well as mixtapes with Paper Route Gangstaz, Das Racist, and Gucci Mane.

From this, Diplo went from an unknown DJ to taking off as a producer, landing him collaborations with artists like Shakira, Robyn, Kid Cudi, Bruno Mars and Snoop Dogg, as well as work with Maluca, Kid Sister, Die Antwoord, Alex Clare, Rolo Tomassi, Amanda Blank, Dark Meat. After taking a trip to Brazil to investigate the Favela music scene,[3] and fascinated with the energy the scene had to offer, Diplo decided to import a dance-funk group Bonde do Role from Brazil for release on his Mad Decent record label (also housed within in ‘The Mausoleum’).[27] This group would serve to define Baile Funk in the United States, spawning a host of others to join the movement. Diplo also spent some time documenting the music, and the favelas of Brazil[28] with a film he produced and directed called Favela on Blast.[29]

Although Favela Funk remained an interest (the Favela on Blast documentary just saw release in 2009), his Mad Decent imprint would serve as a blank palette for Diplo to showcase the myriad different sounds he’d come across while touring around the world.[9] Diplo quickly developed a reputation for his extensive touring. In the April, 2010 issue of Rolling Stone Magazine Diplo was touted as one of ’40 Reasons to be Excited About Music’.[30] This kind of jet setting pushed his label far beyond the Favela Funk genre with which it initially began. Since founding it in 2005[31] Diplo’s Mad Decent label has released music by Santogold, Lil’ Jon, Gucci Mane, Peter Bjorn and John, Bosco Delrey, Rusko, Buraka Som Systema, Savage Skulls, Oliver Twizt, Jamie Fanatic, Douster, Boy 8bit, and Popo[32][33] Beyond the scope of their own releases, there is Mad Decent Worldwide Radio, a mixtape/podcast series showcasing artists who have seen release on Mad Decent, but also many more who may have caught the attention of the label.[34] Additionally, Diplo and Mad Decent have put together an annual block party showcasing talent from the label. While the first three years of the festival only occurred in the label hometown of Philadelphia, 2010 saw the party spread to include Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York City.[35]

Book Far East Movement Biography:

The original members of Far East Movement, Kevin Nishimura, James Roh and Jae Choung, grew up in Koreatown, Los Angeles, California. They were close companions in high school and shared a passion for music together. The trio promoted their music online and began performing at local clubs and events in Los Angeles; soon, they began their musical career with the name “Emcee’s Anonymous” by 2001. However, they later changed it to Far East Movement or FM, originating from a song that they produced with the same name. In 2003, they organized together an event called “Movementality” in Koreatown, LA, featuring ten different performances with all the proceeds sent to a local youth drug rehabilitation center.

Their first album called Folk Music was released in early 2006. The single “Round Round” was featured in the film, The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift, appearing both on the soundtrack and video game. This critical breakout was the catalyst that cemented their decision to pursue music as a full-time career. They proceeded to perform on two world tours (including USA, South America, Canada, and Asia), and they signed distribution deals in Japan and Korea with Avex Network and JF Productions for their album. Their songs continued to be shown in the media and TV networks including VH1, MTV and E!. In 2007, they were featured in the Sundance Film Festival film called Finishing the Game, making the song “Satisfaction” for the film. They also released the single “You’ve Got A Friend” featuring Lil Rob and Baby Bash, which became their first song on major national radio.

LA’s radio station Power 106 DJ, DJ Virman, came to the group as their official DJ. They released another single titled “Lowridin” that received heavy airplay in 2008. Soon after, they planned on showcasing a second album, releasing Animal later on in the same year. Animal featured three hit singles that frequently won national radio play: “You’ve Got A Friend”, “Lowridin”, and the successful “Girls On The Dance Floor.” Girls on the Dance Floor reached 27th on the Billboard chart for the Latin Rhythm Airplay, which marked their debut on the Billboard’s charts.

There were several collaborations on the Animal Album, including The Stereotypes, Lil Rob, Baby Bash, Bruno Mars, Wiz Khalifa, Bionik, 24/8, IZ, DB Tonik, and Jah Free. Their songs from the Animal album were featured in major film and television on multiple occasions. FM’s single “Girls on the Dance Floor” has been played on MTV’s America’s Best Dance Crew on the Season 4 Finale during a performance with Artistry In Motion, Vogue Evolution and We Are Heroes. It was also featured on Get Him to the Greek, FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance and on the 7th episode of CSI: Miami Season 8. In addition, “Dance Like Michael Jackson” was aired on ABC Family’s Lincoln Heights on November 10, 2009 and on the Gossip Girl episode, “Dan de Fleurette”. “I Party” was highlighted on FOX’s TV series Lie To Me and “Fetish” was on Spike TV’s Guy’s Choice Awards 2009. “Girls on the Dance Floor” has attained over 5 million hits on Myspace while attracting over 1 million views on Youtube.

In 2009, they were one of the prominent acts in L.A.’s Powerhouse 106 concert with well-known artists such as Jay-Z, Kid Cudi, Sean Paul, New Boyz, Pitbull, Lil Jon, LMFAO, Ya Boy, Flo Rida, and The Black Eyed Peas. Popular streetwear company, Orisue, had teamed up with Far East Movement and helped shoot a music video for “Lowridin”. In May 2009, Far East Movement joined the well-known hip hop group from Korea, Epik High, on their “Map the Soul” tour throughout the U.S. Then they held their first headlining concert at the Roxy Theater in Hollywood by July 2009, which resulted in a sold-out show. Together with Wong Fu Productions, FM has established another three sold-out “International Secret Agents” concerts titled as “ISA”, hosted in San Francisco LA, and New York in order to promote Asian American artists in the media with performances by Quest Crew, Poreotics, Jay Park and others.

FM’s new mixtape named Party Animal was released on the first date of the Party Rock Tour (featuring FM, LMFAO, Shwayze, Paradiso Girls, Space Cowboy and more). Their two singles, “Girls on the Dance Floor” and “2 is Better w/ Ya Boy”, have been garnering successful radio airplay. They later announced that they are working on a new album with Grammy nominated producers, The Stereotypes, who had produced their hit track, Girls on the Dance Floor.

In February 2010, Far East Movement signed a major record deal with Rush Rules Records and Cherrytree Records, a subsidiary of Interscope Records. They are currently managed by Ted Chung of Stampede Management, who is also the President of Doggystyle Records.

Progressing further along in the same year, the group supported Robyn and Kelis on their double headlining tour along with Dan Black, in addition to being announced as the opening act of Lady Gaga’s tour on the Japanese leg of The Monster Ball Tour. Furthermore, their previous hit track, Girls on the Dancefloor & Fetish, was featured in Piranha 3D, yet it was not slotted into the film’s soundtrack.

Their 2010 “ISA” shows in LA and New York were held on September 5 and August 28 respectively. They performed their songs alongside acts by AJ Rafael, Jay Park, Poreotics and Quest Crew (both winners from America’s Best Dance Crew), David Choi, Jennifer Chung, David Garibaldi, Lydia Paek (of Quest Crew), and more. Both of the shows were hosted by Lydia Paek, Kevin Wu and Ryan Higa.

Starting from September 13, the group will be kicking off the Up In The Air Tour with Mike Posner, which spans across various cities in North America.

Free Wired is the title of their first major debut album from Cherrytree/Interscope Records and was released on October 12, 2010. The album was available in both the U.S. and Canada. Their tracks include popular artists such as Keri Hilson, Lil Jon, Snoop Dogg (their song co-written by Bruno Mars), Mohombi, Colette Carr, Natalia Kills, and Ryan Tedder from OneRepublic.Their first single to be released for airplay is called “Rocketeer”, which will exclusively feature Ryan Tedder.

As of September 29, 2010, their latest single featuring The Cataracs & Dev called “Like a G6″ has hit number one on iTunes and number two on the Billboard Hot 100. At the release of Free Wired at Hard Rock Cafe in New York City on October 12, 2010, it was announced that Far East Movement’s “Like a G6″ went platinum, selling over 1 million singles.

Travis Emmons grew up surrounded by music. Hailing from a family of musicians, Travis undertook a multitude of instruments growing up and could play by ear at the uncannily young age of seven. Born and raised under the scintillating spectrum of the Las Vegas strip, Travis was exposed to the party scene when most kids were still working their morning paper routes. It was in this hailstorm of premature partying and the ecstasy of the crowd that Travis discovered his true calling…he was meant to be a DJ.

He started small but with vigor, spinning for friends at local house or desert parties in high school. Over the next few chaotic years, Travis’ skills grew along with his name and by the time he was twenty-one, his reputation garnered him the opening spot for JET nightclub. Shortly afterwards, The Opium Group out of South Beach, Miami recruited Travis for the opening of their new nightclub in Las Vegas where Travis would earn the pleasure of spinning as a resident DJ. In July 2008, Travis traveled to South Beach where he was grateful to showcase several of the famous city’s top nightclubs. It was in this decadent tropical haven so near the gyrating coast of communist Cuba that he began to realize that, what was once just a dream, was now becoming a reality. Upon his triumphant return to Vegas, invigorated by success and inspired by a vague sense of destiny, he immediately packed up and moved to Hollywood, California to pursue his passion for music full time…a move that would not prove easy but ultimately successful.

Presently, Travis has been spinning a decade and is one of the industry’s premier DJ’s in Hollywood, Vegas, San Diego and Miami. Travis has done sets along side with renown DJ’s and artists like Erick Morillo, Sander Kleinenberg, Afrojack, Chuckie, Cedric Gervais, Donald Glaude, Scooter & Lavelle, Klaas, Jermaine Dupree, and Lil Jon… just as a starter cocktail. It’s as sure as “death and taxes” that no matter what club he’s burning the decks in, the crowd blissfully loses control and everyone has a night to remember. One of today’s most versatile DJ’s, he feels the rhythmic pulse of his audience and satisfies their every subconscious musical desire.

Away from his decks, Travis Emmons exudes a modest composure that sets him apart in class and sincerity from most other DJ’s. Sometimes this humility distracts those freshly introduced to him from seeing the neon basements of passion that runs through his veins, but ultimately the combination of his exceptional musical abilities and the quite charisma of his character infects those around him to feel at ease and truly get lost in the music.

David Guetta  is a French house producer and DJ. Originally a DJ at nightclubs during the 1980s and 1990s, he co-founded label Gum Productions and released his first album, Just a Little More Love, in 2001. Later, he released Guetta Blaster (2004) and Pop Life (2007). His 2009 album One Love included the single “Sexy Bitch” (featuring Akon), which became a top ten hit in the US. He has worked with a variety of pop artists including Britney Spears, Chris Willis, Kelly Rowland, and will.i.am. In 2009, he was nominated for five Grammy Awards.

Just a Little More Love and Guetta Blaster

In 2001, David Guetta along with Joachim Garraud founded Gum Productions, and in the same year Guetta’s first hit single, “Just a Little More Love”, featuring American singer Chris Willis was released. Willis was vacationing in France when he met Guetta. Guetta’s debut album Just a Little More Love was released in 2002 on Virgin Records and sold over 250,000 copies. The follow-up single, “Love Don’t Let Me Go”, was released in 2002. Guetta released a compilation, Fuck Me I’m Famous, in 2003, named after his party in Ibiza. It included “Just For One Day (Heroes)”, a remix of David Bowie’s song “Heroes”. Later in his career, Guetta continued recording compilations under that title.

Guetta’s second album, Guetta Blaster, was released in 2004 and contained “The World is Mine” featuring JD Davis. In 2006 “Love Don’t Let Me Go” was released as a mash-up with the Tocadisco remix of “Walking Away” by The Egg. The mash-up single charted higher than the original release of the song.

In 2007, Guetta’s third album Pop Life was released. The album was successful in the UK and Ireland as well as in mainland Europe. The lead single “Love Is Gone” reached Number 1 on the American Dance Chart and charted on the Billboard Hot 100.

He played in many countries around the world to promote the album. He played in Mauritius in January 2008, accompanied by French rapper JoeyStarr. The event was called “UNIGHTED” which was sponsored and presented by BURN Energy Drinks. He performed with Tiësto, Carl Cox, Joachim Garraud and Martin Solveig in front of a 40,000 crowd.
One Love and producing for other artists

David Guetta’s fourth studio album, One Love, was digitally released on 21 August 2009, and physically released on 24 August 2009 in Europe and 25 August in the United States. Its first single “When Love Takes Over”, which featured Kelly Rowland, peaked at #2 on the French singles chart and #78 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. The intro was sampled from Coldplay’s Clocks. His second single from the album, “Sexy Bitch” (featuring Akon) went to #2 in France and #6 in the US. “One Love” featuring Estelle and “Memories” featuring Kid Cudi followed. Guetta also produced the Black Eyed Peas’ single “I Gotta Feeling”, which peaked at #1 in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, and #2 in France.

Guetta is now working on Madonna, Akon, Britney Spears, Kelis, Céline Dion, Lady Gaga, Ashanti, and Kelly Rowland upcoming albums for 2010.

In 2009, he was placed third in the “Top 100 DJs” poll by DJ Magazine, and was elected “Best House DJ” by DJ Awards in 2008.

Guetta was nominated for five Grammy awards, three for One Love and two for his work with the Black Eyed Peas.

Tommy Lee (born October 3, 1962) is an American musician, and founding member of glam metal band Mötley Crüe. As well as being the band’s long-term drummer, Lee founded rap-metal band Methods of Mayhem, and has pursued solo musical projects. He was previously married to actresses Heather Locklear and Pamela Anderson, with whom he had two children.

Tommy Lee came back once with Mötley Crüe to go on the Crüe’s Greatest Hits tour in 1999. With the popularity of rap metal, Lee formed a band called Methods of Mayhem. The band released a self-titled album the same year and toured in support of it. Although Lee distanced himself from Mötley Crüe after splitting, he agreed to take part in their 2001 autobiography, The Dirt. In addition to Mötley Crüe and Methods of Mayhem, Lee has made guest appearances on albums by other artists, such as Stuart Hamm, Nine Inch Nails and Rob Zombie. He also contributed a song, “Planet Boom” (originally on Mötley Crüe’s Quaternary EP) to the soundtrack of then-wife Pamela Anderson’s 1996 movie, Barb Wire, and produced an album for the pre-Goldfinger project from John Feldmann and Simon Williams, the Electric Love Hogs.[citation needed]

Lee parted ways with Methods of Mayhem partner Tilo and began recording with members of Incubus. He then released his first solo album. The album, 2002′s Never a Dull Moment, has tones of rap metal and electronica. The song “Blue” features guest vocalist Rodleen Getsic (the credits read: “Rolleen”). In August 2002, Tommy Lee and his solo band joined Ozzfest, mainstage. He formed a new band called Rock Star Supernova with Jason Newsted (Voivod, ex-Metallica) and Gilby Clarke (ex-Guns N’ Roses).

The 2006 season of Rock Star selected Lukas Rossi as the lead singer for Supernova. Dilana, the runner-up, and Toby Rand with his own band Juke Kartel accepted an offer to go on tour with Supernova. Rock Star Supernova was released their debut album on November 21, 2006.

Xzibit was first introduced to rap at a young age by his best friend Daniel Johnson, he began his music career as a member of the Likwit Crew, a loose collective of West Coast rappers which included King Tee, Defari, and Tha Alkaholiks. He appeared on King Tee’s album, IV Life (1995), on the song “Free Style Ghetto”, and then on Tha Alkaholiks’ Coast II Coast (1995), on the song “Hit and Run”. After touring with Likwit Crew in 1995, Xzibit signed to Loud Records and released his debut album, At the Speed of Life (1996). The album produced his first breakthrough single “Paparazzi” (#86 Billboard Hot 100).

Xzibit expanded his following with a series of albums beginning with 40 Dayz & 40 Nightz (1998). Often considered Xzibit’s best album, it produced the single “What U See Is What U Get” (#50 Billboard Hot 100). He made a number of high-profile guest appearances in 1999, joining Snoop Dogg on the Dr. Dre-produced hit “Bitch Please”, and appearing on Dr. Dre’s 6x platinum album 2001, on the songs “Lolo”, “Some L.A. Niggaz”, and “What’s the Difference” with Eminem.

Dr. Dre invited Xzibit to perform on his American Up in Smoke Tour in mid-2000, which featured Snoop Dogg, Eminem, and Ice Cube, among many others. Loud Records released Xzibit’s Restless that year with Dr. Dre as executive producer, who produced the single “X” . The song became the rapper’s biggest hit since “What U See Is What U Get”.

Xzibit returned with another album, Man vs. Machine (2002), yet again he fell a bit short of mainstream success, although he did manage to go gold. He continued to collaborate with his closest West Coast colleagues, primarily Ras Kass and Saafir with whom he formed The Golden State Project rap collective, and Tha Liks, along with bigger names like Snoop Dogg and Eminem. His allegiance to the West Coast and former colleagues continued to win him much respect from his fans[citation needed]. Weapons of Mass Destruction (2004) followed, which also managed to go gold. Xzibit is also working on his new upcoming studio album MMX (which stands for 2010 in roman numerals); the follow-up to his 2006 release Full Circle and is set to be released sometime in 2010.

Xzibit has appeared in several acting roles on the big screen. He has portrayed Duncan in Full Clip in 2004 and Dexter in Derailed in 2005, and he played Chief Grizzly in the animated movie Hoodwinked that year. He also played Zeke in XXX: State of the Union in 2005, and in 2007 he co-starred along with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in the movie Gridiron Gang. He also had a cameo role as a freestyling co-worker of Eminem’s at New Detroit Stamping in 8 Mile. He played an FBI agent in 2008′s The X-Files: I Want to Believe. Xzibit’s latest role is as the character of Darrell Hughes in the 2009 film American Violet. He has also done some baseball voiceovers for the MLB. In Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans, he portrays a mob boss named Big Fate. Xzibit appeared March 31, 2010 on The Mo’Nique Show and discussed the broad strokes he has so far drawn in his wide-reaching career. Mo’Nique celebrated the rapper/actor/host for his “Jack of All Trades”-esque behaviour.

He was added to the permanent design team for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition for the Fall 2010 season after several guest appearances during the 2009/2010 season.

Vida Guerra (born March 19, 1974) is a Cuban-born American model, actress, and singer. Her first notable appearance was in the U.S. edition of FHM magazine in December 2002; since then, she has modeled for many other men’s magazines.

Born in Havana, Cuba, Guerra moved to the United States soon after, ending up in the town of Perth Amboy, New Jersey. While growing up, she entered several fashion shows modeling swim wear, and appeared in a few music videos.

Guerra’s first national exposure came when she appeared in a lingerie spread for FHM in December 2002. The magazine later reported that following its publication, almost one-third of their mail was from readers demanding more photos of her. In April 2005, Guerra’s camera phone was allegedly hacked. Dozens of photos, including nude pictures, were widely disseminated on the Internet. Guerra said the nude images were of another woman, and that they had been mixed with genuine, non-nude camera-phone images of her to create the false appearance that she was the naked woman pictured. However, the head of her record label maintained that the nude photos were of Guerra and that she had deliberately leaked them as a publicity stunt. Guerra was dropped by the label over this incident.

Tyrese Darnell Gibson (born December 30, 1978), also known simply as Tyrese, is an American R&B singer, songwriter, rapper, actor, former fashion model and MTV VJ. After releasing several albums, he transitioned into films, with lead roles in several Hollywood films.

In 1996, Gibson appeared on an episode of Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper. He also guest starred on the FOX sitcom Martin. Then he guest-starred on an episode of The Parent ‘Hood sitcom in 1998. He was given the role originally intended for Tupac Shakur in the 2001 film Baby Boy, and he subsequently appeared in the 2003 film 2 Fast 2 Furious (opposite Paul Walker with whom he formed a close friendship), as well as Flight of the Phoenix (2004), Four Brothers (2005) and Annapolis (2006).
