Justin Bieber ( born March 1, 1994) is a Canadian pop/R&B singer. His performances on YouTube were seen by Scooter Braun, who later became his manager. Braun arranged for him to meet with Usher in Atlanta, Georgia, and Bieber was soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), a joint venture between Braun and Usher, and then to a recording contract with Island Records offered by L.A. Reid.

His debut single, “One Time”, was released worldwide during 2009, and charted within the top thirty in over ten countries. It was followed by his debut release, My World on November 17, 2009, which was certified platinum in the United States, which at the time gave Bieber the highest debut by a new artist in the year, and made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.[8] His first full studio release, My World 2.0 was released on March 23, 2010, debuting at number one and within the top ten of several countries. It was preceded by the international hit song, “Baby”.

Boa Kwon , commonly stylized and known by her stage name BoA, which is a backronym for Beat of Angel, is a Korean singer, active in South Korea, Japan, and the United States. Born and raised in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, BoA was discovered by SM Entertainment talent agents when she accompanied her older brother to a talent search. In 2000, after two years of training, she released ID; Peace B, her debut Korean album, under SM Entertainment. Two years later, she released her debut Japanese album, Listen to My Heart, under the Avex label. On October 14, 2008, under SM Entertainment USA, a subdivision of SM Entertainment, BoA debuted in the United States with the single “Eat You Up” and released her debut English-language album, BoA on March 17, 2009.

Influenced by hip hop and R&B singers as Nelly and Janet Jackson, many of BoA’s songs fall into those genres. As the singer feels she does not “have any talent for writing “, the writing and composition of her songs are handled mostly by her staff; for this reason, she has drawn some criticism. (Though only a few of her songs are self-written, BoA began composing on her own with her Japanese debut album Listen to My Heart, in which she co-wrote and composed the song “Nothing’s Gonna Change”.)

BoA’s multilingual skills (she speaks Japanese and conversational English along with her native Korean and has recorded songs in Mandarin Chinese) have contributed to her commercial success in South Korea and Japan and her popularity throughout East Asia. She is the only non-Japanese Asian to have two million-selling albums in Japan and is one of only two artists to have six consecutive number-one studio albums on the Oricon charts since her debut.

David Guetta  is a French house producer and DJ. Originally a DJ at nightclubs during the 1980s and 1990s, he co-founded label Gum Productions and released his first album, Just a Little More Love, in 2001. Later, he released Guetta Blaster (2004) and Pop Life (2007). His 2009 album One Love included the single “Sexy Bitch” (featuring Akon), which became a top ten hit in the US. He has worked with a variety of pop artists including Britney Spears, Chris Willis, Kelly Rowland, and will.i.am. In 2009, he was nominated for five Grammy Awards.

Just a Little More Love and Guetta Blaster

In 2001, David Guetta along with Joachim Garraud founded Gum Productions, and in the same year Guetta’s first hit single, “Just a Little More Love”, featuring American singer Chris Willis was released. Willis was vacationing in France when he met Guetta. Guetta’s debut album Just a Little More Love was released in 2002 on Virgin Records and sold over 250,000 copies. The follow-up single, “Love Don’t Let Me Go”, was released in 2002. Guetta released a compilation, Fuck Me I’m Famous, in 2003, named after his party in Ibiza. It included “Just For One Day (Heroes)”, a remix of David Bowie’s song “Heroes”. Later in his career, Guetta continued recording compilations under that title.

Guetta’s second album, Guetta Blaster, was released in 2004 and contained “The World is Mine” featuring JD Davis. In 2006 “Love Don’t Let Me Go” was released as a mash-up with the Tocadisco remix of “Walking Away” by The Egg. The mash-up single charted higher than the original release of the song.

In 2007, Guetta’s third album Pop Life was released. The album was successful in the UK and Ireland as well as in mainland Europe. The lead single “Love Is Gone” reached Number 1 on the American Dance Chart and charted on the Billboard Hot 100.

He played in many countries around the world to promote the album. He played in Mauritius in January 2008, accompanied by French rapper JoeyStarr. In the same year, he and his wife Cathy also planned a new event which took place in the Stade de France on 5 July 2008. The event was called “UNIGHTED” which was sponsored and presented by BURN Energy Drinks. He performed with Tiësto, Carl Cox, Joachim Garraud and Martin Solveig in front of a 40,000 crowd.
One Love and producing for other artists

David Guetta’s fourth studio album, One Love, was digitally released on 21 August 2009, and physically released on 24 August 2009 in Europe and 25 August in the United States. Its first single “When Love Takes Over”, which featured Kelly Rowland, peaked at #2 on the French singles chart and #78 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart. The intro was sampled from Coldplay’s Clocks. His second single from the album, “Sexy Bitch” (featuring Akon) went to #2 in France and #6 in the US. “One Love” featuring Estelle and “Memories” featuring Kid Cudi followed. Guetta also produced the Black Eyed Peas’ single “I Gotta Feeling”, which peaked at #1 in the US, Canada, UK, and Australia, and #2 in France.

Guetta is now working on Madonna, Akon, Britney Spears, Kelis, Céline Dion, Lady Gaga, Ashanti, and Kelly Rowland upcoming albums for 2010.

In 2009, he was placed third in the “Top 100 DJs” poll by DJ Magazine, and was elected “Best House DJ” by DJ Awards in 2008.

Guetta was nominated for five Grammy awards, three for One Love and two for his work with the Black Eyed Peas.

Lawrence White  is an American rapper, better known as 40 Glocc. He is currently signed to Infamous Record and G-Unit Record.

His manager, Perfect Storm then negotiated a deal with Empire Musicwerks, with distribution by BMG. It was through this deal, he recorded and released his first solo effort, “The Jakal”, which featured such guests as, Bad Azz, Tray Deee, Ras Kass, Kurupt, Mac Minister, Spice 1 and several others; and such producers as Battlecat and Dr. Dre among several others. It was after this album that he decided to part ways with Empire Music.

His manager had another act located out of New York, called Mobb Deep who were also becoming a success. Mobb Deep was then signed to G-Unit Records, and 40 Glocc joined their label, Infamous Records, under the G-Unit imprint.

Adam Mitchel Lambert (born January 29, 1982) is an American singer, songwriter, and actor from San Diego, California. In May 2009, he finished as the runner-up on the eighth season of American Idol.

Lambert released his debut album, For Your Entertainment, on November 23, 2009,[2] via RCA Records/19 Recordings. The album debuted at number 3 on the Billboard 200 on the week of December 12, 2009, selling 198,000 copies in the United States

Lambert auditioned for the eighth season of American Idol in San Francisco, California. In a Rolling Stone interview he said his decision to audition for the show came after a week at Burning Man where he experimented with “certain funguses.” He went on to say that “I had a psychedelic experience where I looked up at the clouds and went, ‘Oh!’ I realized that we all have our own power, and that whatever I wanted to do, I had to make happen.”  During his initial audition, he sang “Rock With You” and “Bohemian Rhapsody.” Lambert had cited several musical influences, including Madonna, Queen, David Bowie, Michael Jackson, Aerosmith, and Led Zeppelin. In the semifinals, Lambert was voted into the Top 13, joining fellow Group 2 performers Allison Iraheta and Kris Allen. Lambert and Allen became roommates in the Idol mansion, with Allen stating it was due to their neatness.

During Michael Jackson week, he sang “Black or White” leading to praise from all four judges, with Paula Abdul predicting that he would go on to the finals. The following week, Lambert sang a version of “Ring of Fire”. While Randy Jackson, Kara DioGuardi, and Abdul all liked his performance, Simon Cowell called it “indulgent rubbish”.  On Motown night, Lambert sang an acoustic version of The Miracles’, “The Tracks of My Tears”. The judges all liked it, and Smokey Robinson, the week’s mentor and the original singer-songwriter, gave Lambert a standing ovation. For his Top 8 performance, Lambert sang the 2001 Gary Jules arrangement of “Mad World”. Because the show had exceeded its time slot, only Cowell gave a critique, which he did by simply giving Lambert a standing ovation. During the results next night, the other judges agreed that a standing ovation was the best critique of Lambert’s performance. For his second Top 7 performance, Lambert sang “If I Can’t Have You”, delivering what DioGuardi described as his “most memorable performance”, while Cowell described his vocals as “immaculate”. Abdul was reduced to tears, with host Ryan Seacrest joking that Lambert had melted her into a “pool of Abdul”. In the Top 4, Lambert was the first to sing, performing “Whole Lotta Love”. Cowell commented, “that was one of my favorite performances…nobody can top that now”, while Abdul, punning on the song’s title, described Lambert’s performance as “a whole lotta perfect”.

Kylie Ann Minogue is an Australian pop singer, songwriter, and actress. After beginning her career as a child actress on Australian television, she achieved recognition through her role in the television soap opera Neighbours, before commencing her career as a recording artist in 1987. Her first single, “Locomotion”, spent seven weeks at number one on the Australian singles chart and became the highest selling single of the decade. This led to a contract with songwriters and producers Stock, Aitken & Waterman. William Raymond Norwood, Jr. ,better known by his stage name Ray J, is an American singer, record producer and actor. He is the son of gospel singer Willie Norwood and Sonja Bates-Norwood, the cousin of rapper Snoop Dogg and the younger brother of R&B singer Brandy.

After a two year break,Norwood returned to recording studios, adding the finishing touches on his third studio album Raydiation with help from producers such as Rodney Jerkins, Timbaland, and R. Kelly. A joint venture by Sanctuary Records and Ray-J’s own label, independent Knockout Entertainment, the album was finally released on September 27, 2005 in North America after several delays, debuting at number forty-eight on the Billboard 200 chart, selling 18,321 copies in the first week. Boosted by the album’s lead single “One Wish,” a top 20 success in Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, the U.S.. Raydiation eventually sold over 400,000 copies domestically.[3]

Recently, Knockout Entertainment announced a multi-million dollar album deal with Koch Records and Shaquille O’Neal’s “Deja 34″ entertainment company. The first album for this deal is Ray J’s fourth album All I Feel, which features The Game and Yung Berg among others. It was released on April 1, 2008.[5] The album’s first single is “Sexy Can I” featuring rapper Yung Berg peaked at number three on the Top Singles (Hot 100) for six weeks. A video for the track, directed by R. Malcolm Jones, was shot in December 2007. J stars in the Black Christmas movie Dark Christmas under the direction from Deon Taylor.

In 2007, a pornographic home video was released of Norwood and then-girlfriend Kim Kardashian.

Norwood recently starred in his own VH1 reality dating show, For the Love of Ray J. The show premiered on February 2, 2009. For his show on March 24, 2009 he released the soundtrack/studio album called For The Love Of Ray J. He dated Cocktail for several months before they split, partly due to rumors of Ray J dating Tila Tequila.
